VISUAL IDENTITY - REBRANDING
First BUCKET LIST project completed! Amsterdam agency Neew called me and asked if I wanted to create the visual identity for Jopen beer. Jopen beer holds a special place in my family, so of course I said yes. The brand already had their logo and packaging renewed, I would be responsible for creating a style that Jopen’s in house design team could pick up and use. The style had to appeal to a new, younger target audience, without scaring off their day one supporters. I chose for an identity with a lil’ punk edge; something that would be understood by both generations.
Side note: the poster images were made with sketch photography, borrowed from the photographer that eventually shot the final campaign: BIBIAN BINGEN.
